2nd batch of BMFT facilitated for potential CDW staff

SEDP-Simbag sa Pag-asenso, Inc., (A Microfinance NGO) facilitated the seven-day Basic Microfinance Training or BMFT for the second batch of potential staff, completed last April 27, 2019, Saturday.
Held in SEDCen, Building, Landco Business Park, Legazpi City, thirty (30) applicants who passed the exams and interview attended the said training for Community Development Worker or CDW posts.
Principles of Microfinance, Compulsory Membership Training, Customer Service and Portfolio are some of the topics discussed to equip the trainees before starting their job in the institution.
BMFT is a required training given to staff before deployment and working as probationary on their respective assignments.
While the second hiring for this year 2019 has just finished, SEDP continues to accept job applications throughout the year to establish a workforce for its growing membership and areas of operations.
