Masbate gets Customer Service Training
To rodeo, SEDP HRT facilitated Customer Service Training for Masbate staff held at St. Anthony Cathedral Compound last June 28, 2018, Thursday.
At least fourteen (14) Community Development Workers were requested to attend the said training wherein, they were given basics and principles of customer service.
Said training was patterned in a Microfinance setting especially for branch staff and particularly for CDW’s or Community Development Workers.
CDWs are the ones who are always working in field, meeting members or clients, and considered as the first line of marketing hence, SEDP believes that it necessary for them to have good customer service skills.
First batch of Customer Service Training for this year was given last month of May 2018. As planned, CST will be scheduled these coming months to accommodate other SEDP Staff like those coming from Admin and Human Resource Unit.
