SEDP Simbag sa Pag-asenso Incorporated Community Store has been inaugurated as OTOP Hub by the Department of Trade and Industry or DTI last November 7, 2018, Wednesday.

Located in SEDCen Building, Landco Business Park, Legazpi City, the Community Store, and SEDP Multipurpose Cooperative serves as a showroom for the products of the members.

Products displayed here are being evaluated to improve its appearance, packaging, taste, and price.

With DTI’s assistance, said community store was inaugurated as one of the OTOP or One Town One Product Hub, redesigned as a retail store or pasalubong center that will showcase products or services rooted in the locality and made not only of the SEDP members but by other entrepreneurs.

OTOP is a project of the government helping communities in developing local products, how to introduce it to tourists and market.

The SEDP Community Store or OTOP Hub is open from Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 am up to 5:00 pm.
