An agreement was signed by SEDP President and CEO- Fr. Jovic Lobrigo, and Caritas Sorsogon Foundation Inc., Executive Director- Rowan Gramonte on the 11^th day of May 2017 at Home of the clergy Sorsogon City.

CSFI as partner of SEDP will facilitate microfinance services and operations for the members of SEDP within the ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sorsogon and such other Barangays and Municipalities strategically located adjacent said areas in the province. Trade mark will still be as intellectual property of SEDP. The term will last up to 10 years as stated.

This agreement was subsequent to the Memorandum of Understanding signed by Most Rev. Joel Z. Baylon, D.D. –Bishop of Legazpi and  Most Rev. Arturo M. Bastes, SVD, D.D.-Bishop of Sorsogon last May 3, 2017 at The Chancery, Cathedral Compound, Albay District, Legazpi City.
