The staff of SEDP-Simbag sa Pag-asenso, Inc., (A Microfinance NGO), Mutual Benefit Association (MBA) and Multipurpose Cooperative (MPC) attends the Management Forum for this year 2019 held at Quezon City last July 22, 2019, Monday.

Mr. Roberto Dalit of SEDP MBA, Ms. Ella Gonzalo- Regional Operations Officer of SEDP, Mr. Enrique Loviña- Audit Officer and MPC coordinator Ms. Francia Bobier attended the three day event entitled 2019 Management Forum: Managing Regulatory, Performance and Systems Risks facilitated by the Micro-insurance MBA Association of the Philippines, Inc. o (MiMAP)

This year’s forum focused on giving insights for micro-insurance institutions about strengthening Internal Audit Policies and strategizing Disaster Risk Reduction and Management.

Included also in the talks and workshops were Efficiency in Governance, Management and Operations and improvements to-do for Mi-MBA’s Performance in ACGS o ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard, wherein SEDP-MBA garnered the top 3 slots among micro-insurance MBA.

Attendance to said alike forums is a strategy of the institution to gain new insights in leveling-up the services and products aiding members’ utmost needs like insurance.
