Units of SEDP are having a series of “Assessment Planning” activity since the first week of January 2018.

Herein, the management reviews the achievements and goals reached last year of 2017. Also, there is setting of plans of activities and projects that SEDP aims to fulfill this 2018.

The areas of Albay Operations Group and Regional Expansion are also having “District Meetings” wherein, staffs gather to review achievements and set plan.

These activities are strategies to continually have a unified team in living out SEDP’s mission that is to provide products and services to the entrepreneurial poor.
